Instrumentation

The bioimaging room furthest to the west (N.C.02.044) is the biggest one of the three central rooms. It contains instrumentation allowing observation of a large variety of specimens, including fixed samples. more

• Gaviola: Fluorescence lifetime imaging with one- and multi-photon excitation
• Stellaris: Inverted confocal with fluorescence lifetime
• Göppert: Multi-photon microscope with excitation up to 1300 nm
• Zernike: Bright field microscope with color camera
• Harvey: Upright motorized fluorescence microscope
• Stokes: Fluorescence stereo microscope
• Lovelace: Imaging Workstation

The central one of the core facility rooms (N.C.02.043) contains two fully equipped confocal microscopes. more

• Malpighi: Upright confocal with physiology stand
• Kellner: Inverted confocal with STED and light sheet
• Jabłoński: Fluorescence microscope with CCD-Camera

The Eastern-most of the core facility rooms (N.C.02.042) allows to perform S2-experiments or other live cell experiments. more

• Hooke: confocal microscope
• Alhazen: TIRF and inverted fluorescence microscope
• Brown: Inverted motorized live cell fluorescence microscope
