S2-Experiments now possible at the Core Facility Bioimaging
Microscopic observation of S2-experiments with fluoresecence, confocal and multi-photon microscopy

The "Regierung von Oberbayern" has granted us permission to perform S2-experiments in room N.C.02.042. This room, now called S2-room contains two microscopes, an inverted fluorescence microscope that allows among other things long term observation of living cells (see Brown for details) and a Leica SP8 combined confocal and multi-photon microscope (Hooke).
We are happy to be able to offer this additional opportunity for our users. This page describes the required procedures for such S2-experiments.
