Eight new Microscopes now in Operation
Out of ten microscopes to be newly acquired for the core facility bioimaging, eight are now up and running.

These eight include upright and inverted confocals, motorized normal fluorescence microscopes, a standard fluorescence and a standard bright field microscope. One of the two inverted confocals is equipped with STED and with light sheet add-ons. For configuration details of all machines please see Instrumentation.
The two remaining instruments are the multi-photon microscopes. They are expected to be delivered in December.
